De Leon Handbook is moving. There has been a persistent problem with Yahoo and Google being unable to distinguish De Leon Handbook with Handbook of Texas which also mentions De Leon.
The new website is www.deleonhistory.com and all future updates will be placed on that site beginning August 14, 2010.
