Ice Storm Thanksgiving Night Nov. 28, 1919. The De Leon-Comanche football game had been played earlier that day and the De Leon team truck got stuck at the Sabano. The team eventually made it to a dinner that evening served by the coaches’ wives. The neighborhood scenes are around the home of Dr. Paine (upper left).
