DE LEON LODGES
The Knights of Pythias #267 met every Monday night at 8:00 according to the June 28, 1929 Free Press. No meeting site was noted. In 1929 John Mohon was Chancellor Commander and John Weaver K.R.S. In July 1927 the officers were installed at the Castle Hall. the officers were Roy Smith, Chancellor Commander; Charles Morris, Vice Chancellor; Clyde E. George, Prelate, John A. Mohon, Master at Arms; H.H. Carylile, Master of Work; Orb Kennedy, Inner Guard; W.E. Howell, Outer Guard; and S.R. Upshaw, K.R.C.
The De Leon Odd Fellows met every Thursday night at 7:30. Their lodge was located on the second floor of the Counts Building. In 1929. In 1929 J.I. Grisham was Noble Grand and E.R. McClellan was Secretary.
The Woodmen of the World met on the third floor of what is now Cook Insurance. In 1927 J.L. Funderburgh was C.c. and E.S. Merick, Clerk. In 1929 J.C. James was C.C. and E.S. Merrick was Clerk.
In 1927 De Leon Rebekah Lodge No. 30 the officers were Mrs. Lena Donahue, Noble Grand; Miss Eula McIver, Vice Grand; J.O. Patterson, Secretary.
