Construction began on the present church in the summer of 1964 during the pastorate of John Basham.  The first service was held in January 1965.   The first expansion of the building included lengthening the north wing.  The south wing (seen above) was added several years later.  In addition to the four stained glass windows from the 1917 building, the new church featured the above contemporary windows-along the sides of the sanctuary and the cross design (left and right) above the choir loft.  The 1917 windows have since replaced the front window in the sanctuary.
